Competitor Analysis
In IIUM, there is another one café that provides coffee and pastries
like ours. We assume them as our
competitor.

Our competitor is Richiamo which is located at centre of the campus.
They also sell same products which are coffee and pastries like us. However, they
do not provide any heavy meal like what we have such as western foods.
Their strategies to attract the customers firstly are their location. They
choose a strategic location which is next to banks and near the canteen. Secondly
is their atmosphere. They have two spaces at their café which are indoor and
outdoor. So, customers can choose to either to sit indoor or outdoor.
Their strength is their strategic location which is able to attract many
students, lecturers and workers to come to their café. They also can achieve high profits due to their products price.
