Marketing Objectives

As we all know, marketing objectives are goals set by business firms to promote its goods and services to its consumers within a specific period of time. Marketing objectives are the strategy’s set to achieve the overall growth of the organisation. They are short-term achievements to help achieve long-term goals, which are mostly set on a weekly or a monthly timeline. For Ne’mah Café, we strive to get the best for our café by giving the best service and satisfactions to our customers in order to achieve our marketing objectives according to the SMART as stated below:
1. Increase Sales
One of our marketing objectives is to increase our sales by 20%
within 18 months. Other than that, we also aim to increase the number of people
who make a purchase while browsing our online website by 20%. Last but not
least, we strive to increase the number of inquiries from our marketing
communications activities by 15% by the end of the year.
3. Improve Product Awareness
The second market objective for our café is to gain and retain a 90%
positive share of voice by the end of the calendar year so that prospective
customers know, like, and trust us for our uniqueness and simplicity.
4. Establish Our Café and Products in the Industry
We also aspire to become one of the top three brands in our industry
specifically in IIUM, named among consumers so that we can further expand our
products to the entire states in Malaysia
5. Brand Management
Our last marketing objective is none other than to have our brand be
recognized around the Malaysia, with no further explanation.
